Ingredients for this dish
- 9 tablespoons of oil
- 3.5 ounces of onion
- 6 eggs
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions for preparation
- Peel the potatoes, wash and then cut into slices
- Fry tomatoes in frying pan or skillet with oil over lower heat
- When the potatoes begin to be combined into whole and united then cut the onion into slices and rise the heat gradually so tomatoes can get fine color
- When done you should drain the oil from the potatoes and onion
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and once eggs are whisked add the potatoes with the onion and stir
- Add a little bit of oil in frying pan and then combine potatoes with eggs (eggs should be whisked as mentioned in previous step)
- Turn from side to side so it becomes juicy
- Once it's golden brown on both sides it's ready for serving
- Serve
